The apartment is located in the best area of Las Américas, just 150 meters from the beach. We have a total of three apartments in the building, which can be rented simultaneously, making it ideal for larger groups of up to 12 people who wish to stay together while still enjoying their own private spaces.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is a large pull-out sofa in the living room, making it comfortable for up to 4 adults.
The building also features a swimming pool.
There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops nearby, and most activities are within walking distance.
Parking is challenging, but possible in the surrounding streets.
