Apartments

Each of the apartments is located in the most frequented area of Las Americas, just 150 meters from the beach. Nearby, you'll find some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Playa de El Bobo, Playa De Troya, and even the Puerto Colon harbor, which offers access to various water sports and boat excursions. The apartment complex includes a swimming pool and sun loungers that our guests can use without limitations.

Every apartment is freshly renovated and features unique, modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, Netflix, and Wi-Fi to welcome our guests. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, toiletries, coffee, and washing machine capsules are all provided. Besides the double bedroom, there's also a pull-out sofa in the living room, making it comfortable for up to 4 adults. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the ocean.

Near the apartments, you can find shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Useful Information

(applicable to all apartments)

Airport transfer can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee).
Early check-in or late check-out is possible if the apartment’s availability allows. Please let us know your request in advance.
The sandy ocean beach is located 100–150 meters away.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés are located near the apartments.
Apartment amenities:
- Bed linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided for guests.
- Fully equipped kitchen (e.g., capsule coffee machine, dishwasher in some apartments); however, all apartments are self-catering.
- Internet access with Netflix available on the TV.
- Shower.
- Washing machine and drying rack.
- Fan (there is no air conditioning, but due to the island’s unique climate, we don’t consider it necessary).
Parking can be difficult near the apartments (except for the Lookout Point apartment, which includes a private parking space).
There is a market in town, but it is only accessible by car or public transport.
We can also assist in organizing various activities and excursions.

Teide National Park To Introduce Eco Tax

The new tax at Teide National Park, a UNESCO Heritage Site, aims to curb overtourism, protect biodiversity, and improve visitor safety.

Tenerife, a Spanish island, will introduce a new eco-tax at Teide National Park starting January 1, 2026. The Tenerife Island Council and the Canary Islands’ Ecological Ministry have agreed to levy the tax on tourists wishing to hike the park’s popular nature trails. Visitors will be required to pay up to EUR 25 (USD 29) once the rules take effect.

Delfin és bálna néző túra

A "Delfin és bálna néző túra" Tenerife szigetén egy népszerű hajókirándulás, amely során lehetőség nyílik élő delfinek és bálnák megfigyelésére. A túra indul Los Gigantesből, majd elhalad Santiago del Teide és a Masca kilátó pontja mellett.

A katamaránon vagy jachton való részvétel lehetőséget ad arra, hogy közelről megcsodáljuk a tengeri élővilágot.
