The apartment is located in the best area of Las Américas, just 150 meters from the beach. We have a total of three apartments in the building, which can even be rented at the same time — making it ideal for larger groups of up to 12 people who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy and separate spaces.
The apartment is newly renovated, stylish, minimalist, and very modern, with every element uniquely designed. Its name is no coincidence — the ceiling in the living room ripples like the waves of the ocean above your head. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of both the ocean and the pool.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. In addition to the double-bed bedroom, there’s a large pull-out sofa in the living room, making it comfortable for up to 4 adults.
There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops nearby, and nearly all activities are within walking distance.
Parking can be difficult, but is possible in the surrounding streets.
